Bookings Terms & Conditions

Booking Fee
Tentative bookings are only held for 7 days.
A booking fee of $350 is required to confirm your booking. (Non-refundable)

Payment
Payment installments are accepted with full payment of all outstanding amounts payable 14 days prior to the ceremony date. Payments can be made by cash or cheque payable to Macarthur Park Wedding Gardens. An invoice will be issued detailing your wedding package and payment.

Schedule Pricing Policy
Prices are subject to change without notice. Bookings secured with a booking fee are fixed and not affected by price changes. (This excludes extra packages or services)

Cancellations
Cancellations must be in writing, dated and signed by both parties.

Wedding Hire Time (NB)
The gates open ½ hour prior to your wedding ceremony. Service Providers and Guests are not permitted on the grounds earlier than your booked timeframe. Should you require more than ½ hour prior to your service you will be charged an additional fee. It is important that you notify your Service Providers and Guests of the time that the gates open.

Public Holidays
Public holidays incur an additional charge of 20%.

Wedding Industry Service Providers
All independent service providers are welcome at Macarthur Park Gardens.

Food & Beverage
Food or beverages can not be brought onto the property without prior arrangement and approval from Macarthur Park Gardens.  Drink ware, serviettes and plates are to be supplied by the Bride and Groom.

Petals & Bubbles
The use of flower petals and bubbles are welcome. Confetti, rice and glitter are not permitted.

Rehearsals
Wedding rehearsals may be arranged at a cost of $50 for one hour with payment due on the day of the rehearsal. A surcharge of $50 applies over the first hour.

Conduct of Patrons
The management at any time at their discretion will expel or eject any person who behaves in an objectionable manner.

Liability and Damage
Macarthur Parks Gardens will not accept responsibility for any damage or loss occurring to property belonging to patrons, guests or service providers caused either accidentally or willfully by the patrons, guests or service providers. 

Any damages sustained to property or equipment at Macarthur Park Gardens is the responsibility of the hirer and invoiced accordingly.

Children
Children must be strictly supervised at all times to ensure their safety.

Smoking
Guests are to be advised Macarthur Parks Gardens in a non-smoking venue however smoking is permitted in allocated areas. Due to the high fire risks this requirement will be strictly monitored.

Noise
Noise restrictions apply at Macarthur Park Gardens and staff will monitor sound levels. Outdoor music is limited to acoustic instruments and the use of Macarthur Park Gardens surround sound system.
