Standard Wedding Package
Inclusions supplied for each ‘Standard’ Wedding Ceremony at Macarthur Park include:
- Exclusive use of the grounds for your Ceremony and Photography
- Use of the large pond and decked area for the Wedding Ceremony
- Background garden music at all times played through a state of the art sound system
- Entrance carpet
- Topiary trees dressed with a white bow
- Seating for approx 40 - 50 people
- Decorated registry signing table and chairs
- Table for bubbles or flower petals (if required)
- Iced water for guests
- On site parking for approx 22 cars
- Wheelchair amenities
- Staff providing professional and personalised hands on service
- A staff member to play all your Ceremony music (provided by you) including: The Processional, Signing of the Registry, and your Recessional
At Macarthur Park we encourage you to have your guests stay on after the ceremony to enjoy the gardens and recommend you having BYO refreshments served to your guests whilst your photography is taking place. Guests can enjoy drinks and canapés in the relaxed surrounds of the poolside drinks area by choosing our Optional Services Package.
Optional Service Package Includes:
- The Bride and Grooms name on our “Welcome to the Wedding” sign at the main entry
- A welcome host as you and your guests arrive. (At the Entrance and Wedding area)
- Feather or rose pen (optional)
- Guests are served your BYO refreshments from our gardens ‘Swagman’s Shack’ located at the poolside drinks area known as ‘The Coolibah’ whilst your wedding day photography continues after the ceremony
- The drinks area is furnished with cocktail tables covered with white table cloths complete with garden centrepieces
- Seating is provided for approximately forty guests
- Tea, Coffee and iced water is available for your guests
- Background music is played Poolside through a State of the Art Sound System
- Professional hands on courteous staff to assist you and your guests

Wedding Chapel Package
Inclusions supplied for Macarthur Park’s Romantic Chapel Ceremony Package
- Exclusive use of the Non- Denominational Charming Country Chapel for your Wedding Ceremony
- Exclusive use of the Chapel and Gardens for your Photography
- Air-Conditioning provided for the duration of the Ceremony
- State of the art in house Sound System to play background music
- A staff member to play your Processional, Signing of the Register and Recessional music for you
(Please provide 3 separate CD’s clearly labelled and recorded in AUDIO FORMAT)
- Red carpet length for the aisle
- Elegant pew bows to adorn the 100 year old timber pews
- Seating for approx 60 -70 people and if required we can accommodate standing guests
- Decorated registry signing table with skirting, tablecloth and two chairs
- Feather Pen or Standard Pen (both optional)
- Candelabras (Bride and Groom to supply coloured candles - 14 in total)
- Iced water provided for your guests directly outside the Chapel
- On site parking for approx 22 cars

Terms and Conditions of the Chapel
- No Petals or Bubbles are permitted inside the Chapel
- No Food or Drinks are permitted inside the Chapel
- Guests will be invited into the Chapel 10 minutes prior to the Commencement of the Ceremony
Optional Extras Available
- Microphone and stand can be hired for an additional fee
(Due to the chapels acoustics this is not normally required)
